But what I want to know is... is this legal to post links to television shows and be posted all over the internet? Did CMT say this was ok to watch and/or post these downloads or do they want you to watch the reruns?????

Yes, It's possible for the show to be released. Just the same as Def Leppard & Taylor Swift Crossroads. If released, the torrent will be removed immediately, when it becomes available.
