OK this weekend was a blur. Will need to look at phone photos and youtube videos.

Sir Paul was by far the highlight (sorry Jimmy).

Needing this day now to catch up on errands/housestuff -- NO WAIT.....resting in the a/c !

Good morning. I was thinking of going grocery shopping but there really isn't anything I need that can't wait until tomorrow. I'll wait until tomorrow.

I saw Paul McCartney in Citi Field in 2009, I think it was the first concert there after the ballpark opened. He kept calling it "the new Shea Stadium." It was a great show except for one thing. The stage was way out in centerfield. I was in the upper deck behind home plate about 4 or 5 rows from the top. The only way I could have been farther from the stage was to be in the parking lot. He had a pretty good opening act, a band called The Script. The only thing I didn't like about them was after every song the singer said "we are The Script from Dublin, Ireland." Once or twice would have been OK, but not after every song.

Just got back from taking a walk in the state park, it's 93 degrees and the heat index is 106. I had to change my t-shirt when I got home, it was soaked.

I have about 3 or 4 water bottles in my pantry. I should start filling one up and taking it with me when I go out on days like this.

Yes, you should.
Fill it about 1/2 full and freeze it. Fill it up with water when you get ready to leave for a walk.

In between I cleaned up the house. Not much of that gets done the week leading up Buffett but hubby is used to that by now.
Went boating w dad yesterday for father's day so I guess I had a good excuse.
