First staff carry-in this year and we did a tailgate party.
This was really good!
Buffalo Chicken Dip
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
12 oz. bottle buffalo sauce
16 oz. bottle ranch dressing
2 pkg. 8 ounce each, cream cheese
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Pour the buffalo sauce over the shredded chicken and mix well.
Put in a 9x13" pan.
Over medium heat, combine ranch dressing and cream cheese, stirring until smooth.
Pour over chicken.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes until cheese melts, bubbles and dip begins to get brown around the edges.
Serve with tortilla chips and celery sticks.
And of course, margaritas!

My wife makes this every weekend for our tailgates, she would get killed if she didn't everyone loves it. After lots of trials we found Texas Pete works best for the hot sauce, it gives it nice heat and flavor.
Try this you will love it is a great dip

Do you think it's possible to maybe cut the chicken into chunks, follow the rest of the recipe and make a sandwich out of it.......maybe stuff pita bread with it, or is it too sloppy

We have used the Tyson grilled chicken breast strips and chop it up.
Works great.

We use Franks Red Hot for the sauce. This dip is awesome. I am pretty sure if you added macaroni to make it a Buffalo Mac-n-Cheese casserole it would be yummy.......just haven't had time to try it that way yet!

my wife makes this for parties all the time. very easy and everybody loves it (me too..

). she always has to give the recipe to a couple people every time she makes it. she makes it in a little crock pot so it stays warm the whole party.
